Artificial Intelligence will completely redefine our society and businesses, adding $16 tn of new economic value globally by 2035. Companies with AI at their core will be the dominant companies for tomorrow. Tomorrow's car company is going to be an autonomous car company... Tomorrow's hospitals may not look like the ones today. Further, AI-driven cars built in Silicon Valley will not work in India, given a very different environment. However autonomous cars built in India might work in Silicon Valley. The AI talent, data diversity and magnitude (Aadhaar, the unique ID platform by Govt. of India has 1.24billion people enrolled) that countries like India offer, make them the best place to build robust AI - AI that will work everywhere, is ethical and that will be good for humanity too. We call it AI for next 6 billion people.
AI foundry is the venture studio to build leapfrog AI companies for 6bn people. We partner with great entrepreneurs and AI rockstars to build these next generation AI companies.
What are we building now?
Maps for the connected world
We are building high definition maps that are critical for human mobility and autonomous mobility. Actually maps are the new browser. Just like browser spurred the innovation of e-commerce, open maps will span next generation of businesses by fusing the physical world with the digital world.
Data driven precision medicine
AI is creating a new revolution in healthcare and pharma by personalization at scale. By combining genomic data, sensor data, the traditional knowledge systems with longitudinal datasets, with a whole mind-body approach, we aim to drive a completely different approach to create the next generation of precision medicine system.
AI driven finance for companies
Major challenge in smaller size companies is the critical challenge of predicting and managing cashflows. By applying deep understanding of current and future predicted cashflows by leveraging AI we believe we can create the digital trust scores to enable easy flow of credit to these companies.
